The Elders - The elders are responsible for the spiritual leadership of the Church, serving under Jesus Christ, the Chief Shepherd. They are to equip and prepare the people of the Church, so that all are actively involved in personal ministry. They are responsible for the worship, teaching, evangelistic, and prayer services of the Church and shall seek to provide spiritual help and counsel to all in need as the Lord leads and enables.  The Lord has provided the following men to serve as elders at JIBC:

The Deacons - In accordance with the teachings of Scripture, deacons are elected to attend the physical care and meet the temporal needs of the Body. They also assist the elders in the various ministries and programs of the Church. The following men are currently serving as deacons at JIBC:

Church Staff - God has called some to serve as full-time vocational workers at JIBC.  The following people are currently serving in this way:

Herry Rachmansyah, Office Assistant

Ministry Directors and Committee Chairmen - JIBC members serve as volunteer Ministry Directors, Sunday School Teachers, musicians, ushers, or in a wide range of different capabilities. All are encouraged to find a ministry for the good of the Church and the glory of God.  The following volunteers are leading in various ministries at JIBC in 2010:
