Friday Youth Fellowship will be held this Friday night in the Function Room from 6:30 - 9:00.
Adult Sunday Class taught by Pastor Stephen on Developing a Stronger Prayer Life will begin next Sunday.
The new Discipleship class taught by Jack and Jan Harkless will begin on Sunday January 30th.
All Adult Classes as well as Kids Klub I and II and Youth classes will start back up next Sunday at 9:15.

Holiday Schedule Changes. We will not have our 9:15 AM Kids Club 1 and Kids Club 2 classes today (Dec 26) or next week (Jan. 2). There is no Children’s Church (which take place during our worship time) today, but it will resume on January 2.
There will be no Adult Bible Study (ABS) on January 2. We will resume on January 9 with the new study on prayer.
Join a New Adult Bible Study on Sunday Morning’s in 2011: Developing a Strong Prayer Life begins on January 9 at 9:15 in the Function Room and The Growing in Christ Discipleship Class begins on January 30. Plan to join one of these two classes in the New Year! More information is coming soon.
Pastor Stephen and his family will be on leave from December 27 through January 2. He may not be able to receive calls and messages while he is away. If you have any pastoral concerns during that time, then please contact the church office or Pastor Dave.
Food Gathering Next week for Street Children’s Ministry and the Ministry of our sister Indonesian Language congregation. Please come with non-perishable food items or cash donations.

Holiday Schedule Changes. We will not have our 9:15 AM Kids Club 1 and Kids Club 2 classes today (Dec. 19), next week (Dec 26), or the first Sunday of the year (Jan. 2). Other Sunday School Classes such as Adult Bible Study and Youth Journey will meet at 9:15 and the Children’s Churches (which take place during our worship time) will continue on a normal schedule.
Join us on Friday Evening for our special Christmas Eve Candlelight Service at 6 PM. Make this one-hour service part of your Christmas tradition!

The JIBC 2011 Ministry Based Budget was approved at our annual meeting last Sunday. Please be in pray for the $27,500 per month needed for ministries in 2011.

There will be an elder meeting this Tuesday at 12 in the JIBC Function Room. Please be in prayer for the elders as they meet together.
Youth For Christ (Mrs. Edna) will have Christmas with the Inmates at Bekasi State Prison on Dec. 13. Anyone interested to go please give your name to Dina today.
There will be no Sunday School for Kids Club 1 and Kids Club 2 on December 19, December 26, and January 2. The Youth and Adult classes will proceed as usual on those Sundays.
Mission Moment Next Sunday, we will have a Mission Moment presentation from Gereja Baptist Binong, Tangerang.

Our Annual Business Meeting is next Sunday after the morning worship service. This year our only item for voting is the approval of the 2011 Ministry Based Church Budget.
There will be a Ministry Council Meeting on Monday Evening at 7 PM in the JIBC Function Room. The purpose of this meeting will be to review the final draft of the proposed 2011 Ministry Based Budget. Elders, deacons, ministry directors, and church staff will be in attendance. Any interested member is also invited if they want to learn more about the budget.
The JIBC - GPS is ready! Now we need YOU to consider how God wants you to participate (spend your TIME), serve (use your TALENT), and support (give your TREASURE). We want every member of JIBC to become more deeply involved in the ministry during the next year! Check out the Glorifying Planning System display after this morning’s worship service. Look for a place where you can get plugged in!
Check out our Adult Bible Study on 2 Timothy. Looking at the Apostle Paul’s end of life letter is a great way for us to end the year and get ready for the next! See you there next week at 9:15 in the JIBC Function Room.

The JIBC Preteens will be traveling to Bukit Karmel Orphanage at Gunung Geulis, Ciawi – Bogor, on Saturday Dec. 4 to celebrate Christmas with the orphans. If you are not a preteen and would like to attend, please see Deacon John Suwardi or Pastor Stephen for more information. Preteen parents need to turn in their signed participation forms today. We’ll be leaving from DS at 7:00, therefore please plan to arrive at DS by 6:45 at the latest. JIBC will not be providing transport but those who need transport assistance, please see Deacon John Suwardi

Do you have a GPS in your car? A device like that can really help you get where you need to go. Did you know JIBC has a GPS too? It is the “Glorifying Planning System” that is currently being developed by our elders and deacons. Please pray for them and others involved in this planning, which will help us fulfill our mission to glorify God and also help everyone in our church know how they can be involved in the ministry. More information is coming over the next four weeks.
Jesus says if you touch someone in His name you are touching Him! The JIBC Preteens will be traveling to Bukit Karmel Orphanage on Saturday Dec. 4 to celebrate Christmas with the orphans. Please pray for them as they reach out to the orphans there in Jesus name. Please get the participation form from Deacon John Suwardi today.
Please pray about your year-end giving to JIBC. It is our goal to make up for our current budget deficit before the end of December. For more information please speak with John Suwardi or Tony Setiadi. Also, remember that JIBC is an legal non-profit organization in the US. US tax payers can get offering statements which can be used as tax deduction.
Join our final 2010 section of Adult Bible Study on Sunday mornings. We will begin a brief series in 2 Timothy on November 28 at 9:15 in the Function Room. See you there!
